      They will move you around a lot, but not up.

      Cons

      The significant pay disparity between men and women for the same job is unacceptable. Good luck getting a promotion unless you worked 'in the regions' before the constant restructures or live near an office and go out to the bar with leadership.

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
