      Pros

      Good family friendly environment Immediate management was solid. Solid pay when working on projects no one wanted to touch.

      Cons

      Upper management out of touch with the reality of the work place. Double standard when doing good work. They will not advance you because you can not be replaced, yet will look to fire you because you have never advanced.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
