      Pros

      Good bond between employees. Very competitive environment that feeds the competition between branches and channels. Meet your targets and you are sure to be left alone, they are happy with that.

      Cons

      Learning experience can be applied elsewhere. Grassroots environment where change happens for undetermined reasons. People are distrustful of the leadership team.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
