Everything else. Sales environment is brutal. Ultimate goal corporate has is to minimize commissions but increasing your plans. Raise rates to ridiculous levels and raise sales plans at the same time. Raise of rates impact on the thousands. Don’t care who you think you are but I can’t sell the benefits of Allstate for a difference of $1000 or more. Comp is awful. Work as hard as you want. The big wig setting sales plans is out of touch.
