Pros
Big name, big company. In my particular department there are many avenues for advancement. The people I work with are intelligent, well educated and inclusive.
Cons
Many departments are dead-end jobs. Claims, specifically has a very long promotion schedule, whereas audit has one that takes roughly 1/4 the time.
