looks good on the resume. gives you structure if this is your first job. if you are able to navigate through politics easily, then there are planty of opportunities as it is a large corp.
Cons
Many people are related to each other, so have to always be mindful not to step on anyone's toes. A lot of old timers who are very set in their ways and are resistant to change.
