      Decent work life balance and work from home

      Cons

      Constant fear of layoffs - a huge round was just done and there was no proactive communication about it. This company is on a downward spiral.. it hasn’t been profitable in several quarters. The board needs to find a new CEO who will find new senior leadership.

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
