Allstate Way - Senior Consutlatnt Allstate Employee Review

You won't succeed here unless you are an aggro-agressive white male. The management is not at all supportive. They call themselves "leaders" but don't act like it at all. They are actually pretty abusive and we as employees are told we are "too sensitive". Pay, benefits, and time off are below industry standard. Human Resources does nothing about any of this.
