      * Amazing co-workers * Flexible schedules * Management always available * Great and clean offices (except the kitchen sometimes)

      Cons

      * Even though the co-workers are really great, there's always some kind of tensions between some people. I must be honest, I never took any side, I just did my work. * Most likely you have to ask for a raise even if you have performed very well (see advice to management).

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
