Used to be employee centric. Used to care about employees Was helpful in COVID to some extent when compare to other capative companies. Too many third party manager posing the work environment. Inshort no prons for employees maybe only for manager.
Cons
Promotion/incentive method is flawed and totally manipulative For there own selfish promotion manager imposes impossible target on team and gets all credit.
