      Pros

      Salary and salary increases are very good. Benefits and on-site day care make it very easy to stay for a long time.

      Cons

      In some areas, there is so much overlap of job and department responsibilities that there is a lot of infighting and politics involved in getting anything done.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
