      1)bad training 2)no help from management 3)work expectancy is not reasonable, during first week, its a self pace study for adjuster license 4) the systems they use are very complex and they do not train on how to use or work the systems

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
