Good company - poor leadership - Project Manager Allstate Employee Review

Great company, nice people, good environment

None . Had the best time there.

Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
