      Pros

      Relaxed work environment. Genuinely nice coworkers and managers. Good 401k match and benefits. AMAZING work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is base salary is not very competitive. Probably a little under average compared to my graduating class.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
