      Good work enviroment, flexible, PTO days, no micro managing, good training, and excellent management.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to the industry and low raises. The benefits are not good.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
