Pros
Offices are more of a franchise and small creating a small family like setting.
Cons
Too much customer service involved with trying to keep customers to stay because Allstate constantly raises rates. Alot of bureocracy. Pay isnt all that great. Hard to sell policies because rates arent all that great. Commissions are very low.
