Pros
Allstate is a solid company with a firm foundation-they treat their employees very well. There are plenty of opportunities to earn trips and incentives for which Allstate spares no expense. There is opportunity for unlimited growth-that is , there is no "ceiling".
Cons
Working in sales requires a great deal of self discipline and time management. Sales have down periods-so you have to manage your income accordingly.
