      Make your own schedule, sell to people in your area. You don't have to travel far.

      Cons

      You ALWAYS have to be ON! If you think you are going to work a regular 9-5 mon-fri position, you are not going to be happy when you actually have to work more of a 9 am-9 pm Monday-Sunday or whenever your clients are going to be available to connect. To be successful in this role, you must want the lifestyle.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
