      Pros

      - big company means job is relatively stable - large benefits package - company seems to care and there are many perks/benefits available outside of the norm - lots of PTO + holidays off

      Cons

      Because the company is so large, there are constantly random changes going on and the structure of departments changes a lot

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
