      Pros

      The claims department is energetic and innovative. The company offers great benefits and excellent training. The frontline employees and leaders are genuine and truly care about each other and their customers.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership in home office has lost sight of what Allstate is all about... Morale has plummeted to all time low over the past 5 years. The corporate vision appears blurred and there is a high demand for company loyalty with little to no loyalty in return.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
