Pros

Very dynamic company. Is a trendsetter and is lean and mean. Making solid profits. If you can find a good spot, stay there, this company is up and coming. Rapid expansion.

Cons

Where I work is a black hole in the company. Forget being sick or disabled. Accommodations? Forget it even though the company policy allows for it. Experiencing gender based discrimination despite having an extremely robust career with a breadth of experience not commonly found; and many credentials. Treated like a kindergartener. Was called a "distraction" for wearing a dress and was subjected to a weekly shoe inspection after tripping on a chair. Treated as if stupid despite 30 years' industry experience. Company tenure is everything, experience and credentials, nothing. Promotion based on tenure and politics, not experience or qualifications. Middle management positions require doing at least 2 jobs which means 60-70 hour weeks so if you want a work-life balance, climbing the ladder is out.

Pros

The travel benefits are excellent, and the job offers opportunities to meet people from all over the world. My coworkers were supportive, teamwork was strong, and no two days were ever the same. The role helped me build confidence, improve customer service skills, and learn how to stay calm under pressure.

Cons

The schedule can be unpredictable, with long duty days, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays away from family. The job can also be physically demanding, and dealing with difficult passengers can be stressful.
