Culture, people, healthy food, dog-friendly policy, managerial style

Cons

Poor progression opportunities. If you join as a Customer Support, you might end up on this role 2 years later or evolve on another CX-related team. That being said, I had the best time over there, if you just want to really live what a real and genuine company culture is, Airbnb is an amazing place to be.
