    Pros

    Even a rat look like a man in there

    Cons

    Recruitment process is based on keeping the talent out and hiring people without any quality because they need employees without any needs. Commercial company at its worst.

    Sell your shares before they drop to zero

    Pros

    The culture, the people and the environment are unique ! Airbnb offers an amazing Work/Life balance with amazing benefits. The product is really great and even after 11 years it's only the beginning so many great new features to come :-)

    Cons

    Growing in the company can be tricky as it's not by working hard you'll get a promotion but by doing chit chat with the people of department you wanna go.

    Advice to Management

    Value your people for the work they do and not the useless/fake chit chat to get promoted

    Free Food Insurance Travel Coupon every 3 months

    Cons

    If you know the right people you will get promoted - if don't you will not - no matter how good you are! People got promoted in management positions with no experience! If you criticize what is going on you get blamed and ridiculed - criticism is brushed off. Bullying is common and if you complain about it, you are blamed. HR and Management are incompetent and they back each other, so no change will ever happen.... The salaries are a joke! Especially for Dublin! The competition pays for similar roles 5-10k more per year. Staff turnover was so massive, people were told not to write any "goodbye" emails anymore as it would affect everybody negatively! There are very few career opportunities, and these are reserved for people who have connections!

    Advice to Management

    Brian, Joe and Nate - if you read this, get over here asap and talk to the people on the ground. Airbnb is falling apart. Talk to everyone, especially the ones in the support roles! Take it in and respond to criticism and especially change things. Management will tell you what you want to hear. They will not tell you that everything is falling apart as it would look bad on themselves. Every time you guys came over... here, we were told to smile and say that everything is great. Airbnb was ruined by incompetent people, who would never get blamed for their own mistakes. The question has to be asked, how where people promoted into management positions without any experience over people who have had years of experience?

    Pros

    Free breakfast, lunch and snacks. Stock options. Travel vouchers. Off time for wellness such as gym.

    Cons

    -Salary is lower than market average in Singapore. -Number of annual leave is not so much. -Office itself does not look nice in real as photos posted in internet. -The cafeteria looks like a common room of hostel. -They claim good medical and dental, however the number of dental/hospital you can go with cashless is only 20 in Singapore.

    Advice to Management

    Check the salary of market average in Singapore and provide competitive package to employee.
