Good name recognition. For those who are able to be successful, success is rewarded. Good training structure. Most agents willing to work as a team.
Cons
Success is difficult when you are faced with too many sales associates competing in the same areas. Tough sale when product you are selling isn't the most "fun" buy and when business owners are hounded by multiple sales associates trying to set appointments.
