      Pros

      Make your own schedule so there is flexibility. That's the only pro.

      Cons

      Commission only which is basically impossible to live off of unless you don't have any bills. Reeled in with lies of how great it will be and how much money you will make...simply not true. Don't waste your time!

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
