      limitless income potential strong management and great company morale amazing bonus program/ incentives/ free trips

      cold calls training lacks at time brand recognition is relevant however company product offerings are practically unknown to solicited businesses

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
