      Pros

      Good caring company with great benefits and perks. Senior leadership cares for its people. Great EAW and other events. Some people are nice.

      Cons

      Racial IT-Business Intelligence group. The new management profiles individuals by race and color. Stay away for good or join some other team.

      Build your own business. Equal work, family life.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
