      I've been with Aflac for over 10 years now. My goal in this business is to help people and I love it. The perks will come as the business grows. Stocks, great commission, family friendly work atmosphere and all the help you need to succeed.

      When a business says no, just move on to the next one.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
