      Pros

      Great training, reputable company, good experience - 1099 employee so you make your own schedule and get to be in and out of the office

      Cons

      No base salary, all commission. Didn’t make enough money. Hard to get your foot in the door.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
