      Some nice freebies (tickets to events) about twice a year Plush ducks that they give away every once in a while

      Cons

      Underpaid Overworked Always being on call for system you support, elevations or reporting "emergencies" Working with incompetent developers

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
