      - Make your own hours - 1099 or Independent Contractor work - Best job for someone who needs flexibility for their work/life balance

      Cons

      - Because it is a sales job, there isn't a consistent paycheck for the first few years - If you don't pay taxes quarterly you'll be hit with a hefty tax bill come tax season - Depends on where you work, but there is no financial assistance for materials or leads - No Benefits

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
