      Pros

      Lets you work as hard as you want to make what you want. Management is great! Professional enhancement is second to none.

      Cons

      Slow start. Have to be patient. Dealing with business owners on the phones and in person can be difficult

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
