      Pros

      One of the best in the world to work. Benefits, 401K, suplemental insurances, paid vacation and sick leaves are some of the good opportunities available. AFLAC is a diverse company and they put emphasis on respect of each other regardless of race, religion, color, origin and life preference preference.

      Cons

      Because it is a big company, who ever talk the loudest get heard more. There are lots of backstabbing and clicks.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
