      Pros

      Great benefits package, profit sharing bonus, gym, daycare, retirement, stock options, health clinic, fair salary for location, vacation/sick leave, paid holidays.

      Cons

      Very cut throat as you move up. If you can't play politics well, or are not a yes man you may have a hard time surving higher up the ladder. There are a lot of egos at the top that need to be carefully stroked.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
