      Pros

      Great career for flexibility and unlimited income. Wonderful company, has rightfully won many awards for best company to work for.

      Cons

      Difficult to start a career if you don't already have some support as far as a vehicle, some nice clothes, and a couple of months of income to have while building a statement.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
