      Friendly Email and Phone Conversation with the hiring manager. Encouragement with entrepreneurship and every possibility. Fortune Magazine has ranked us as one of the 100 best companies to work for in America.

      Cons

      You Background may not quite match the job and you are contacted and led to a position which you may lose focus. You need to rely on yourself on the carrier-building path.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
