      Pros

      Great Health benefits, 401K, Nice town to retire too, and They do their best to keep their employees and help them find other opportunities if need be.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better. Their biggest rival are the jobs in the Atlanta market which pay very well in the Technology field.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
