      Pros

      The benefits are great. The Sr managment is very employee focuses. Its a safe place to work because Aflac doesn't do layoffs and they hardly ever fire people.

      Cons

      People never leave! which means there isn't a lot of room to move up in the company. Aflac is loyal to employees and expects the same level of loyalty in return. Tenure is more rewarded than job performance.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
