      Pros

      Make your own schedule, set your own appointments, not a political work environment, few "bosses" and very good commission structure.

      Cons

      If you like talking to complete strangers and getting hung up on, Aflac is definitely the place for you. Ugh.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
