Pros
Good for those with sales experience and hot leads. It can be lucrative.
Cons
Dsc is arrogant and disregards most his team. Be careful if work with experienced agents because they don't always give you a 50% split, they take more or they simply take the account. If you start with cold leads only, it will take 2-3 yrs before you feel it worth it. Management is not forthcoming of all new agent's challenges, after all they are sales people too.
