      Pros

      You get paid what you are worth. If you work hard, you make a lot of money, but if you are not disciplined, you won't make much.

      Cons

      If you have the right management team, there are no cons. It is hard work, but so worth it!

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
