      Great purpose, caring, concerned member of the community, solid history, large employer in the Columbus area. Founding values and principals are exemplary.

      Cons

      Subject to the state of the economy, impacting sales. Opportunities for growth and cross-training dwindling. Benefits are realizing the national trends. Outsourcing is increasing.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
