      Growth opportunities are abundant there provided you're willing to move amongst departments. If you're streamlined in your career path, then consider another opportunity.

      Cons

      Too many complacent people limits the creativity and flexibility. They've been extrordinarily successful doing the same thing over and over again.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
