      Pros

      flexablity, good opportunity to make money and a lot of hard work. good products and great barand recognition. great trips and awards

      Cons

      dont like the hiring process...they hire anyone with a pulse...sending agents out there who burn the market. a lot of employers are fed up with being contacted ten times a week by various aflac agents.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
