      Good fellowship, if you have many contacts this would work for you.

      Cons

      Everything is cold calling unless you bring in your own contacts. There are no leads and training does not teach you how to get pass the 'gatekeepers" to offer products. If you have lots of contacts that you can get referrals from you should do ok. ' '

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
