      Pros

      Flexible hours, Fortune 200 company to represent, excellent products to sell. My trainers and coordinators were excellent.

      Cons

      Difficult to make money consistently and quickly. Everybody is independent, so your experience is based on who recruits you.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
