      Pros

      Flexible schedules, work from home positions, cool, relaxed enviroment filled with specialists. Overall I guess they're nice, depends on the employee really.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor training to new employees. I was given a few directions and was expected to know how to fill my Job Description properly without tools, pointers or basic advices. Also really poor salaries.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
