      Pros

      Supportive team, Feeling like you are helping people out when they need it. Flexibility to work and live your life.

      Cons

      Frustration with adjusting to commission based pay. Up's and down's with the sales cycle. Relying on other people's schedules at times.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
