      There is potential for great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Typical sales environment, but with poor leadership -- life is good IF quotas are met; and is unprofessional, to the point of volatile, when quotas are not met.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
