      Pros

      The claims is the best part of the business! Aflac pays their claims within a few days and their policyholders really appreciate that! Also, all the employees I met working for Aflac are kind and considerate people who are making a difference everyday!

      Cons

      Sales is always hard but Aflac does give you the training to get out there and do it. Lazy people cannot do this job!

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
